Full exam first visit. I was given a prescription for glasses. I was also told I had beginning of cataracts. Bought 3 pairs of RX glasses in his office. Why? Because I thought it would improve my vision. It didn't. I went back to have my eyes checked again after 2-3 months. I was then told I needed cataract surgery. I was handed a packet and told to schedule the surgery. What! After I bought 3 pair of glasses. $$$
I never went back. Why would !? It would be nice to be reimbursed for the purchase. I did complain thru a massage. The response was to call back and speak to someone in the office, not the Dr.
I had the successful surgery done by Dr. Prasad in Concord.
